2. Product Information

We make every effort to display our gemstones accurately, including photographs, weight, dimensions, and certification details. As natural gemstones are unique, minor variations in color, inclusions, or shape compared to product photographs may occur and are not considered defects. Certification details, where provided, are issued by independent gemological laboratories.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed and paid for.

4. Orders

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully verified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods supported by our payment gateway. Your order will only be created and processed once payment has been successfully verified on our end.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled by our team if the ordered item becomes unavailable, if payment cannot be verified, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. If your order is cancelled for any of these reasons after payment has been made, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Customer-initiated cancellations are accepted only before an order has been dispatched — please contact our support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

7. Shipping

We currently ship only within India, with free shipping on every order. Estimated delivery timelines, tracking, and related details are described in full in our Shipping & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Returns

Return eligibility, the return process, and refund timelines are described in full in our Shipping & Return Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the return conditions set out there.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and the SoulStones name and branding — is the property of SoulStones and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

SoulStones will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the products purchased, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including in cases of proven negligence.
